Chemo hit me pretty hard on Wednesday. Enough so, that I had to get a shipment of IV anti-nausea meds delivered to my house...just incase.
Radiation is really weird. I see purple flashing lights, because of where they're treating. It hits the nerves in my eyes and causes me to see lights. Kind of neat. Also, because of the sinuses, it triggers a weird smell and taste in my mouth. That I don't like so much.
I made it through the first week, so I only have a few more to go and I might actually make it past this cancer thing alive.
I feel much better today than I have for the past couple days, although the Gravol I took about twenty minutes ago is hitting me pretty hard right now.
Just wanted to drop in and leave a note letting you know that my first week of this intense treatment is alright, and i'm still kicking.
